- 3 medium chicken breasts (300g)
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1 tablespoon turmeric (a.k.a. haldi)
- 1 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped parsley (or cilantro)
- Salt to taste
