Happy Monday, guys….and Happy Easter to those of you who celebrate!  Hope you had an eggs-ellent weekend ;)!  I attended an amazing patisserie workshop on Saturday, but that’s a post for later on this week!  Today I want to share about a project I’ve been working on for a while: The Healthy Made Easy E-Book.  During my blog hiatus, I focused on expanding K Weigh which has fortunately been a success.  Aside from taking on more clients, I also participated in an Open House event at the culinary centre Studio Fifteen. A few weeks ago I gave a talk on nutrition & lifestyle changes at a Health & Wellness event in Mumbai called Dr. Feel Good.  Now I want to introduce my latest baby: The Healthy Made Easy E-book.

So proud of you, K- You are using your personal experience and knowledge to positively impact MANY out there- and what a bargain! I think I fulfill all 4 of those criteria aha- well four now after telling you the last healthy thing I did was eat some Lindt 90%…healthy for the body and soul.

This is so awesome! I’m dying to read your latest project 🙂 The last healthy thing I did was go to the gym for my second last pre-comp workout and eat a ginormous meal afterwards – gotta fuel those gains hehe 😉

Wow, you clearly were a busy and successful lady during your blog break. Congrats on developping K Weigh further and now publishing your e-book! It sounds like a great alternative to the usual low-cal diet crazes out there. The last healthy thing I did would have been a walk outside to get in some fresh air, vitamin D and a little movement.
