Part A…partaaay! š
Ever had one of those nights that when someone asks you about it, the first thing you respond with is āThe music was AMAZING!ā Yeah, that happens to me a lot. More than the place itself, the crowd and music can either make or break the night.Ā As long as the DJ is on top form, Iām willing to go to the shadiest of shady places- Iāll just make sure to leave my valuables at home ;)!
The same goes for exercise (or movement in general).Ā All I need to get excited about a workout is good music. On days when Iāve recently updated my iPod or made an epic playlist, I just canāt wait to hit the road gym, Jack!Ā If I have to give credit to anyone for my workout today, itāll be to my sister.Ā She recently sent me a CD with such exercise potential!Ā Despite feeling like I was about to crash and burn any minute after work, it gave me enough motivation to get my sweat on. Oh and the fact that I can now sleep for an extra hour tomorrow morning might have also played a role;)
Hereās a glimpse of my currentĀ playlist. I say glimpse because Iām not about to type out 31 songs :). Itās pretty random but does the trick…at least it does for me:
- Whatās my Name– Rihanna f/ Drake
- On the Floor– JLO f/ Pitbull
- Tonight Iām Lovinā You– Enrique f/ Ludacris
- Photographs– Rihanna f/ Will I.A.M
- The Time– Black Eyed Peas
- Hey Baby (Drop it to the Floor)- Pitbull f/ T-Pain
- Munni Badnaam (remix)
- Sheila ki Jawani (remix)
- Alors en dance (remix)– f/ Kanye West
- Ainvayi Ainvayi
- I Love the DJ– R. Kelly
- Iām Coming Home– Diddy
- Because of You- NeYo
