Sometimes I can’t believe just how far I have come and just how much I have grown. I often look back at old pictures, read old emails and messages as a way to remind myself of where I started in comparison to where I am now.
Khushbu walked into my life as if she knew I needed her and I will be forever grateful to her and her programme which genuinely changed my life. I was in a real rut, yet so used to thinking this rut was normal and just ‘how it is’. I was struggling with weight, self-esteem, lacking enthusiasm and joy and generally coasting. Self sabotaging any progress I made and struggling to like the person I had become.
Khushbu opened my eyes to the possibility that everything I had dreamed of but believed wasn’t possible for me, could be mine. She told me my dreams would become my reality but in order for it to happen I had to trust her and her programme. I had never done anything like this before and I was skeptical.
Fast forward 2.5 years I am 18kg lighter, living in my dream home with my wonderful husband and beautiful dog, feeling joyful, grateful and healthy. Khushbu helped me to trust the universe and taught me what you put out you receive back, and I’ve received more than I could ever have imagined. I am so excited for the future and what’s to come for me! Thank you for helping me to love myself and love my life.
