If you’re guilty, put your hands up- (and make like Usher and ‘bend your knees’)… 😆
As you know, I generally have a positive approach towards fitness and nutrition, but I am not without faults:
1. When I go to a frozen yogurt shop, I have an incessant need to sample all the flavours…despite having tasted them numerous times in the past
2. As positive as I try to be about exercise, the thought of doing it still seems like such a chore sometimes
3. As long as I’m not cooking for others, I will rarely wash my vegetables
4. I love cookie dough and cake batter…Salmonella, what’s that? 😯
5. I’m addicted to diet fizzy drinks, and have at least one can per day
6. I sometimes take walk breaks when I run
7. Every handbag of mine contains at least 2 snack bars…in case, for any reason, I get lost/stranded and am without food 😉
8. My idea of heaven comes in the form of a Betty Crocker cake mix
9. I love to run, have no problem running over 10km, but the thought of entering a race scares me
10. Many times, I’ve consumed a whole apple, core and seeds included
11. If I’m going out for a meal, I can’t help but browse the menu online beforehand
12. The thought of a complete rest day from exercise excites me to no end
13. I’m more than happy to pay extra for ‘healthy’ groceries but find £4 for a can of heart of palms from Whole Foods extortionate
14. I’m human
Strange? Perhaps
Honest? Abso-freakin’-lutely
You ate the seeds?!?!
you spit some, you swallow some..what u gonna do right!! 😉
Honesty ! Best way to get it out of your system! That’s why you are still doing fine despite all of above confessions. Keep it up kiddo x A.D.
Ohmygod I eat the whole apple too, and cookie dough, and sample every frozen yogurt flavor, and…literally all of these! Except for the 10K part…my limit is a mile. Sad, I know.
Haha that makes me feel a bit more normal 😉
