One thing that gets on my nerves is when people suggest that vegetarians do not eat enough protein!  I agree that because several plant-based proteins like beans and legumes aren’t ‘complete’ proteins, it can be difficult for vegetarians to meet their daily requirements.  However foods like tofu can help eliminate such dangers.
