I love lists. Whenever I feel stressed out or overwhelmed (i.e. packing for trips), writing/typing it all down seems to have a calming effect. The process of getting tasks done can sometimes be a pain but nothing beats the satisfaction of crossing things off (can I get an Amen?? 😆 ). Fortunately the list I am about to present to you doesn’t require me to do anything except for eat…and when is that ever a bad thing? 😉
Real Simple asked the top dietitians and nutritionists to reveal which superpowered ingredients we should be incorporating into our diets our regularly. I’m all for trying new ‘superfoods’. Fortunately the only bad experience I recall having was with wheatgrass. Sorry to be blunt but that stuff is nasty! Here ‘s the list of the apparent ’30 Healthiest Foods’. I’ve italicised those foods which I’ve already eaten this week.

14/30: not too shabby considering it’s only Wednesday! Kudos if the foods above regularly feature in your diet. If not, expand your horizons…you may surprise yourself :)!
Haah wish I had read this before lunch… 🙂
currently on 18/30..sigh…lets see how far I can get by the end of this week….
What about the Qty to be consumed ? That matters too right !
Quantity defo matters. I gues getting even a bit of a ‘superfood’ beats having none at all 🙂
